According to Facebook of Ven. Dr. Sovannratana, on last January 25, 2019, Vice-president of Preah Sihanouk
Buddhist University, (PSBU), Phnom penh and Senior Personal Advisor to His
Holiness the Great Supreme Patriarch of Cambodia, Ven. Dr. Khy Sovannratana
attended the meeting of ICDV-UNDV International Organizing Committee in Hanoi,
for the United Nations Day of Vesak 2019, which would arrange in Vietnam.
Note that the term of Vesak Day is the day commemorates the birth, enlightenment
and death of the Buddha and is a day of immense joy, peace and reflection for
Buddhists around the world (ICDV-UNDV).
