What is Politics?
Politics is the art of looking for trouble, finding it whether it exists or not, diagnosing it incorrectly, and applying the wrong remedy (Ernest Benn).
In fact, some forms of politics may be held responsible for diverting valuable resources of society to the channels of corruption and cheating the public. But if we continue to despise politics and escape it, we run the risk of leaving important public decisions to incompetent and corrupt people and inviting disaster for all of us.
Therefore, to avert this situation, we have to proceed to understand the real nature of politics and learn the ways suggested by a long tradition of brilliant political thinkers to make politics an instrument of public welfare.
According to Former Russian PM, Nikita Khrushchev, he said, " Politicians are the same all over. They promise to build a bridge even where there is no river." (O. P. Gauba, 2011)
