On February 9, 2019, Ven. Dr. Khy Sovannratana, Rector of Preah Sihanouk Buddhist University, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, was invited to attend "the World Summit 2019: Peace and Security Development, Seoul, S. Korea"In the World Summit, Ven. Dr. also consists of a significant speech to deliver his statement to the whole ceremony. There are various delegations from 120 countries to join the valuable ceremony in Seoul, S. Korea.

After domestic affair, the most Venerable Dr. is seen as he has been playing important role with international community, emphasizing on culture, religion, education, and peace and security development, especially the Inter Faith Activities to cooperate among religious leaders and to gain religious harmonious community to avoid the conflict and dispute between religions and believes.Therefore, in the spirit of World Summit 2019: Peace and Security in Seoul, it is international Inter Faith activity to seek together cooperation from religious believes to allow the whole global to gain the true peace and security.
The present of Ven. Dr. in Seoul is a great religious diplomatic representative of Cambodia, as head of the Great Supreme Patriarch and other Senior Buddhist Patriarchs, especially the representation of the whole country related to the religious sector.
